Browse your installation CD and then right click the installer and set it to Windows XP compatibility mode. Then try installing and then patch with Sneaky Upgrade. WebI bought Thief 3 and installed the Sneaky Upgrade, I made sure the "Window Mode" on the Display tab, located under Sneaky Upgrade is set to Fullscreen, yet when I launch the game and am playing, the mouse goes off the screen to my second monitor, at first I didn't notice this and kept getting kicked back to the Desktop.

It has helped me with Swat 3, Metal Gear Solid Integral and now with Thief 3. Just download the software and dll files, and put them in the same folder with the games .exe.
