WebI probably grew up with afrid (avoidant restrictive eating) as i was underweight and hated food, as well as would have intrusive thoughts about the hygeine or contents of the food. Hated textures, smells, etc. overcame that, but also, i dont cook, my overweight husband with adhd does. I cant cook. I cant follow recipes.
